Dear Hotel Madrid

Great hotel with amazing amenities like the rooftop pool, 24-hour reception, and delicious restaurant. I remember my first stay when the staff helped with my suitcases, made a lasting impression. For assistance, ask at the front desk, they are so helpful! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The location is fantastic, parks, and dining. Our room featured a spacious lounge area and a huge bed. We loved the large balcony overlooking the city.

Ideal hotel with friendly service and favourable location adjacent to Gran Via and Plaza de Espana, Metro and tourist bus route and all the shops on Gran Via and sightseeing and dining. Soundproof decent sized rooms with a balcony at good prices. Great meal at rooftop restaurant. The pool area is nice too. The individual feel of the venue.

Everything was modern during 3 days, liked its incredible and brilliant location so close to plaza espana metro and viewing Madrid. The room was practical with a balcony, and the breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast certainly should 've been included.

Room size felt cramped, especially for a beautiful option!!! The rooftop pool is disappointingly small, leading to overcrowding during peak times!!!

Couples Seeking a Central Stay

The rooftop bar has a stunning 360 view of the city it's the perfect spot for a late-night drink, I mean it really is a sight to behold. Also, the location is unbeatable right at the metro exit makes exploring so easy.

Not exactly cheap but still reasonable for what you get.

The hotel has a fine rooftop terrace with amazing views, perfect for enjoying evenings. The limited seating can make it challenging during busy times. The room was modern and cozy. I did experience some issues with the air conditioning not functioning effectively, which impacted my comfort during warmer moments.

We loved the rooftop bar, where the staff made a special mocktail for my daughter's birthday, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the city with our family.

For dads, it would be great if the pool was heated.

The rooftop bar at Dear Hotel is a total gem, serving up killer cocktails with an unbeatable view! We also stumbled upon some amazing local eats nearby, with tapas just a hop away at Cafe & Tapas Gran Via and Ginkgo Restaurante & Sky Bar. Plus, the staff's friendliness makes the whole vibe even sweeter.
